The Silk Road Chamber Orchestra was established in 2024, evolving from the
ZHdK Strings, the string orchestra of the Zurich University of the Arts. Over the past
20 years, the ZHdK Strings successfully held hundreds of concerts and toured
extensively across Europe and Asia.
Based in Zurich, Switzerland, the Silk Road Chamber Orchestra aims to record
music and collaborate with outstanding musicians from around the world, performing
in various chamber music formats ranging from duets to string orchestras.
